Our founder and CEO. With over 20 years in forestry and supply chain management, Scott founded The Forest Trust and keeps inspiring businesses and NGOs to find innovative solutions.
Kyle Houston
Our operations lead. Kyle is responsible for overseeing carbon balance and project partnerships, focused on developing regenerative supply chains and assisting members to achieve regenerative actions.
Dagmar Kraft
Our operations manager for Switzerland. Dagmar has experience in marketing and communications and is focusing on sustainability with Pond Foundation. She is leading our Swiss members.
Grace Leech
Our Relationship Manager. Grace has a background in Geography and the environment and is supporting relations with Pond Foundation members and project partners.
Rebecca Shepard
Our Communications Manager. Rebecca has a background in marketing and international affairs and supports Pond Foundation to convey our mission through blog and news items, social media, and LinkedIn.
Sophie Young
Our Sustainability Project Manager. Sophie is currently studying Geography, specialising in glaciology and climate change. She is managing various sustainability projects with our members.
